This delightful villa is ideally located behind the sand dunes on a cobbled road backed by pinewoods.5 minutes walk to the beach and a short stroll to the local fresh fish restaurants in Apulia.This little fishing village is close to Esposende,a holiday resort with all its amenities including a
large wave pool,'galleon' play area and pedal car track.
The Costa Verde is blessed with many long,clean white beaches which are popular with surfers.For golfers there are two stunning courses within a short drive.For the tourists this area is rich in history and culture.Not to be missed are the World Heritage sites of Porto and Guimaraes,Braga,the religious capital of Portugal and the old seaport of Viana do Castelo,not forgetting Ponte de Lima,the oldest town with its stunning Roman bridge.This is the 'real' Portugal waiting to be discovered.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
