Our land house is situated in a very silent area although a small land-road passes, but with very few traffic and the advantage to be only 3 km far from the next village Ambra with shops, restaurants, bars, bank, post-office, pharmacy, doctors practice.
Siena and Arezzo are each 30 km, Florence 60 km.
Totally wit have 3 apartments in our land house (each for 2 persons Also I (47 years), my husband (67 years) and our 19 y old son live in one part of our house:
Our pool is 4x8 m, has inside steps, an infinity border, salt-water (no chlor) and is used only from the guests of our 3 apartments
Our well maintained and 5.000 sqm large garden offers much silence and space, sunny and shaded places to relax and enjoy.
We also have a ping-pong-table and a table-football which can be used.
Accommodation Summary : apartment Stalla is on the ground-floor and has the entrance on the east-side of our house with a private terrace in front of the entrance into the living-room.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
