Formerly these quarters housed the staff who were responsible for grooming, feeding, cleaning of tack and general care of the horses in the yard which were as important to the viability of the farm as the tractor is today. There are three double bedrooms in this house, two large bedrooms with two double beds in each room and one further bedroom with one double bed and a single bed also if required. The bathrooms are en suite, one dedicated and one with tandem entrance to two bedrooms. The kitchen/dining area is large, with old world charm, being little changed in appearance from the time when it served as a general cooking/dining area for all the farm yard workers even up to the mid 1970s. It has a large wood burning stove sitting in the huge open fireplace which contributes greatly to the atmosphere. French windows lead onto a patio area for use of guests in the grooms house. The cooking facilities are now modern and efficient. This house also has a large utility room with storage for sports gear/bicycles and golf clubs.
