The Apartments form part of a complex 100 meters from the beach in Mahmutlar, about 15km from Alanya.
The complex has a communal swimming pool with BBQ area, Communal Sauna, Fully equipped Gymnasium, Relaxing Room, 24 hour Caretaker, and landscaped garden
If your booking is made more that 6 weeks before the date of your departure, then a 25% deposit will be required to secure your required dates.
There will also be 100 pound deposit taken on arrival as a good housekeeping bond which will be returned on departure if apartment is left as you get it.
Coast/Beach The town of Mahmutlar is located 15 Kilometres from the lively city of Alanya along the Eastern Coast. It is a lovely little place with views of the Taurus Mountains in the Background, with a well-known landmark the "Clock Tower"
Mahmutlar offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, green and pretty scenery and a long beach promenade. In the centre of Mahmutlar are Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Pharmacies, Supermarkets, Banks, and Post Office.
Tuesday and Saturdays, they have a large outdoor market, which attracts large crowds for both the retail stalls (ie. clothes & toys) and the fresh fruits and vegetables from the local farms.
They have wonderful wide sidewalks with wooden benches all along the walk, the median lighting and landscaping is superb.
The little buses run constantly both on the main street and out on the ocean highway and you can be in Oba or Alanya in 10 minutes.
Bars and Restaurants All the bars and restaurants in Mahmutlar are very nice with good food and very friendly people.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
