Altinkum is a small and quiet beach resort, making it perfect for families seeking a relaxed, easy-going beach holiday.
Accommodation Summary : The apartment occupies the top two floors in the complex with the living accommodation on the top floor and three large bedrooms underneath. There are two double bedrooms (one with en-suite, both with balconies) and one twin. There are two bathrooms – the main bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath and shower and also contains the water heater and washing machine. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The living accommodation is open plan with a balcony to the front and the rear. There is a small but fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and water cooler. £150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 6 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will be required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.
To book our apartment,please send booking form with deposit. A returnable deposit (for damage) of £150 is also required. The balance of the holiday cost shown on the confirmation/ invoice must be paid 6 weeks before departure or if the booking takes place less than 6 weeks before departure then the full amount is due immediately. If the balance is not paid 6 weeks prior to departure, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. Your deposit (for damage) will be retuned after inspection - normally within 2 weeks after completion of holiday.

Mayfair 2 is situated; 150m from the proposed Marina Road which will be completed in 2010. 200m from the main road into Didim and Altinkum. Dolmus buses run every 5 minutes. 600m from the Apollo temple, local shops and restaurants. 5 minutes to Didim centre by car or Dolmus. 10 minutes to Altinkum centre. 1.5km to nearest beach.
The town's main attraction are its three long sandy beaches, that stretch from the small harbour at one end of a gently shelving bay to a rocky cliff at the other end. Shopping: Shopping opportunities abound along the front, which is packed with souvenir shops, jewellery stores and boutiques. The main centre is Dolphin Square, and there is a modern shopping complex called the Didyma Shopping Mall. There is a huge market in Didim each Saturday and there is an all night market in Mavisehir every Thursday – excellent for when the weather is very warm. The Dolmus will take you to both. There are three supermarkets on the main boulevard into Altinkum. Restaurants: Altinkum is bursting with good restaurants serving most forms of international cuisine. On the seafront Turkish and traditional English predominates. Further away from the front there are several restaurants on the main boulevard and in the main Didim square (near the new mosque). These are cheaper too.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
