The apartment is quite spacious, and easily accommodates six people comfortably. It has 2 bedrooms both with Air Conditioning, as does the large living room (with sofa bed). It also has a separate fully equipped kitchen and the balcony even comes with a built in BBQ.
It's a perfect holiday home for families or couples or just groups of friends and you're just a few minutes walk from the two-mile long Praia Grande beach which has all the water sports and beach activities that you'd expect.
The beach and resort's bars, cafes, restaurants and clubs, as well as all essential facilities such as ATMs, shops, supermarkets etc are all within a short walk of the apartment.
For those into golf, there are plenty to choose from with over 20 courses with in half an hour
Accommodation Summary : Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with 2 x twin beds.
Bedroom 2 with 2 x twin beds.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning, Bed 1 has a built in wardrobe and a safe for your extra security. Also, a sofa bed is available and other options can be provided on request.
Bathroom:
Fully-tiled bathroom for the main property with bath, shower, WC, bidet and sink.
A payment of 25% or £100 (€115), whichever is greater secures your booking. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your stay. A refundable damage deposit of £150 (€175) is also to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The deposit will be refunded 1 week after departure subject to no damage.
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and an approximate value in euros. A 2nd week discount of 10% between May & September. A 2nd week discount of 20% between October & April. Discounts also available for periods between 1 & 2 weeks (i.e. 10 days) or for periods over 2 weeks.
Bookings of less than 1 week in duration will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

Wicked apartment, Jon and Caroline have a fantastic apartment that is well maintained and has everything you would need to make you feel at home whilst you are enjoying your holiday..
There are loads of things to keep you and the kids occupied. Armacao is a nice place, with some of the best beaches I have ever been on. Would definitely recommend.

My partner and I were both very pleased with the apartment and its location was perfect, there was plenty of things to go see on days out even though we had no car it was easy to organise with buses etc.
Would defiantly recommend using this apartment.

We enjoyed a lot of your magnificent apartment in Armação de Péra, our stay was very satisfactory and we recommend the apartment to our friends, family and colleagues.
We were able to snorkel in the area of 'Praia de Rocha' with a guide from 'Delphinus Divers' which is in my opinion the best school in Armação, for a price of only 30 Euros including some material (fins).

We have been having holidays in the Algarve for a number of years, in and around Armação de Péra. This was our first experience of the apartments in the Quinta dos Arcos area and it did not disappoint.
The apartment is in a fantastic position for the town, beach, restaurants and bars all of which are just a short walk away.
Jon and Caroline have an excellent apartment which was extremely well appointed which we certainly consider returning too and recommending to anybody wishing to stay in Armação de Péra.

A well presented apartment with just about everything you need for a great holiday. Friendly service throughout, from booking to our return home. The snacks on arrival was just the icing on the cake!
Great walking distance to beach but if have car drive to Portimao & try beach called Praia da Rocha - absolutely stunning.
Even though we were here only for a few days, it felt much longer! We would recommend to all our friends. Thank You !!

We arrived late in the evening to find a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge along with drinks and fresh food to keep us going until we got to the shops.
The apartment was very spacious and clean with a good supply of towels and toiletries.
Our girls loved the rooftop swimming pool and with the beach only a 5 min walk, we were spoilt for choice!
The visitor guide book was very helpful with advice on where to eat out and places to visit. We referred to it often!
We were very impressed with how well the kitchen was equipped. It gave us the choice of eating in where we could make use of the BBQ on the patio.
The DVDs and games supplied were great at keeping the girls entertained. The apartment had a real home from home feel which meant the whole holiday was very relaxing. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

Jon and Caroline have made a superb job in decorating and furnishing the apartment. The accommodation was extremely well appointed and we would certainly consider returning in the near future.
