Accommodation Summary : Two bedroom apartment with additional double sprung sofa bed. 2 bathroom, separate fully equiped kitchen, large lounge and spacious dining area, with balcony, overlooking the pool.
The cliffs and rocky coves along the coast are spectacular, as is dolphinh watching from the marina
Local Restaurants There are 2 local restaurants within 100 metres of the property, Floyds, and El Carpe, also Cactus Bar, and Parkys Bar are great for an evenings entertainment.
Transport The little train that tours the whole of Vilamoura has a stop in the road adjacent to the property. Plus local buses are plentiful

My husband and myself and two 18 years girls stayed in this apartment in July. We found the apartment clean and very spacious.
The extra bathroom was very useful with two teenagers. Everything you would need from tv, video, i-pod speakers to coolbags etc was
supplied. The restaurants and bars were excellent and very near.
It was our first experience of a private pool which was very enjoyable.
We would highly recommend this apartment and hope tol visit it again

Stayed at this apartment in late September 2010 and it was brilliant. Was only 2 of us but could easily sleep six.
The apartment is fully equipped with all kitchen appliance, esp various wine bottle openers which are handy as the local vino is worth tasting and excellently priced.
TV, DVD and ipod docking station included. The flat was cleaned twice weekly with new bedding and towels provided.
2 bathroom/shower rooms so theres no arguments in the mornings.
Living room is very ample but be warned...the sofa is so comfy, falling asleep by accident is a given!
There's also a outdoor pool for those hot days if you dont' fancy the walk to the beach.
There are a few restaurants and local stores within walking distance, as well as the main Villamoura Marina which is either a pleasant stroll or bike ride, as well as the little train which will take you there for a very small fee. There you will find two amazing beaches as well as night life, restaurants, shopping, bars and day trip excursions that are a must to explore the coastline.
This is a excellent rental that I plan to visit agin this summer. great value and ideal location to all that Villamoura has to offer.

I stayed at this apartment mid September 2010 with my friend. It was low season and not much going on in Portugal in the evenings. This was fine as it was a relaxing chilled holiday.
The apartment was very clean, great size bedrooms (I had the double bedroom and it was extremely comfortable) and having two bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen was spacious and had everything you needed in there. Although we are tidy people, it was nice to have the maid come in to change the beds.
Instructions left by the owner were very helpful (getting into the apartment and visiting the nearby area).
We would sometimes eat out at nearby restaurants but it was also fun cooking and staying in. As the apartment had TV, DVD player, DVDs, iPod docking speaker and games, there was no real need to go out in the evening.
Also being low season, we had the pool to ourselves and although I am not much of a swimmer, it was nice to be able to lounge by the pool side with music and a glass of something cool.
The location is great as the beach is nearby, there are many places to eat, a supermarket and a great tourist shop where the owner (who is a very helpful lovely lady) will change your £s to €s.
Portugal is a lovely place and I hope this apartment will be available when I visit again!

Just wanted to say loved our stay at the Agave, it was comfortable, perfectly located and what more could you want with the sun shining on the balcony all day, peace and quiet and plenty of fresh air.
