A cot/folding bed can be provided for 7th person. Fitted kitchen has modern Danish units, electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, all modern small appliances, table and chairs. Large walk-in storeroom with iron/ironing board, mop,etc. Plenty of storage for cases/golf bags and sports equipment. Used of air-beds and toys available. Lounge/diner has modern decor with 2 leather settees, dining table with leather dining chairs, sideboard, coffee table, large 40 inch LCD flat screen TV with Sky freeview channels (bring your own Sky card for more channels) and DVD player. There is lift access, air-conditioning with heating, underground parking for 2 cars, ground-level parking, secure safe for valuables, electric aluminium shutters to all windows and patio doors.

There are many beautiful golden sandy beaches in the vicinity, those closest being the Praia da Oura and Praia da Santa Eulalia (free car park) both only a comfortable walk away, although local buses run there from Corcovada. Local buses also can take you to Fisherman’s beach in the Old Town, and taxis are very cheap.
 
Golf
Parque da Corcovada is well located for access to 9 golf courses within 40 minutes drive, the closest being 10 minutes away, and there are another 26 courses to try along the Algarve! Elected as the “Established golf destination of the year 2006” it attracts many golfing visitors from all over the world to play on the finest and most challenging courses.
 
Entertainment
Albufeira is the tourist capital of the Algarve, and being so central it facilitates quick and easy access to visit all the other Algarve resorts. The Old Town still retains its charm, especially in the evenings when the sun goes down and the street lights twinkle. As a tourist resort it remains open all year round. Children are particularly catered for with nearby Karting, Animal Park, Zoomarine, Slide & Splash and Aqualand, and golfers have a large choice of world-class courses to play on.

Just want to say thanks very much for the use of your apartment, the photos didn't do it justice and we were all grateful to stop in such a beautiful place. The weather was hot and sunny for the full 2 weeks and the kids especially found the pools a great way to cool down. Everything went smoothly from the transfers you recommended to the helpful staff who greeted us on our arrival. We visited some of the stunning nearby beaches and all had a fun day at the water park. Once again many thanks and we will certainly recommend your apartment to interested friends. Kelvin and Paula.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense.
