Built by experience, our villa has been thought out very carefully. The one-of-a-kind location makes it unbelievable and has allowed us to open it over the sea, as well as keeping it protected by magnificent olive trees.
Offering high standard equipment and home automation installation, this fabulous holiday home brings its own underground cinema and last-generation LCD TV to all of the bedrooms and the living room. The omnipresent sound system is incredible! Although every room is equipped with its own dedicated sound system, the systems of the individual rooms work together so that the same music can be played all over the entire house.
Children are welcome in Villa Sivota.
Please note therefore that the private pool is not watched by lifeguards and you are soley responsible for their safety.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
