Asturias' airport is an hour drive to the West and Santander's airport/ferry port is just over an hour by car to the East. Both are connected to Ribadesella by motorway. The nearby beach called Playa Santa Marina is one of the prettiest in Asturias and has a long smooth promenade dotted with beautiful turn of the century mansions known as 'casonas indianas'. The famous Camino Santiago coastal route passes within 300 metres of house. Berbes golf course, with its stunning views to sea is 4 kms. away. Llanes golf course is 25 kms along the coast to the East.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
