Set in an attractive well-maintained estate this ground floor apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with a Radio/CD/Cassette player, TV with up to 30 channels including a good selection of UK TV, sports, Movies and news, with a DVD player, USB and Photo card ports, and a dining room with table and 4 chairs. It has it's own south-facing veranda with a 3 seat settee to enjoy the sun.
Tenants have access to a good-sized private pool less than 100 yards away, which is regularly cleaned, has showers and a children's pool. Please bring your own towels for the pool.
There is an English speaking community centre nearby with pubs and some shops. Within easy walking distance is a small Spanish supermarket and a Mercadona. A bit further away and still developing, is a large plaza area with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
There are 3 international Golf courses in the area as well as horse riding and go-karting.

Overhead fans in each bedroom and ample cupboard space with coat hangers.

We have just spent a week at Verdemar and throughly enjoyed the apartment and its surrounding area. The apartment is well equipped with a flat screen tv and dvd player and was absolutely spotless on arrival. There is a fabulous terrace that we spent many hours on watching the squirrels and birds on the gardens and lovely little paths that take you through the complex with ponds housing koi carp, goldfish, frogs, lizards and even the odd snake! Within walking distance there are nice restaurants and bars.
We have been back for less than 12 hours and already booking up our next visit for 2010!
Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Superb apartment, very clean and all the amenieties you need, the sun terrace is a sun trap all day!! excellent spanish supermarket and british supermarket all within 5 minute walke away. the pool is simply superb in a walled garden with a locked gate, there is also a childs pool which is seperate.
Excellent selection of bars and restaurants within 15 minute walke away.
I have stayed in this apartment for the last 3 years and look forward to going back, its perfect for a week or two in the sun, relaxing by the pool and hitting the bars at night, the area where the apartment is located is very quiet and tranquile.
Walke through the complex and there is a small brook with an abundance of wildlife and another smaller pool.
Rick is excellent and had no problems with bookings, and elaine who picks you up from the airport is simply the best and a wealth of local knowledge.
Can highly reccomend this apartment - you will have a great time and if have kids they will love the pool and the satalite tv (as will the adults as well) there is sun loungers in the apartment for your use (believe me you will make use of them the terrace is a sun trap all day)
Wont find a better apartment or service for the price, go and enjoy!
