Ground floor apartment, with 2 bedrooms and private garden. The apartment is in the flat part of Puerto del Carmen just 3 minutes from beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment has the use of the 2 communual pools (one childrens), with free sunbeds (sun umbrellas are in the apartment for use at the pool, beach or on the patio.
Accommodation Summary : Both bedrooms have twin beds.
One bedroom has a safety deposit box and a hairdryer.
Bathrooms: Newly refurbished bathroom with bath/shower over and wc.
Kitchen: Sink, hob, grill, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster all cutlery, crockery, glasses and pans.
Utility Room: No utility room but there is an iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: The lounge has a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the lounge with 4 bar stools. There is a settee, 2 chairs and 2 footstools, a bookcase with a selection of books, Sat TV restricted in Lanzarote), DVD player and a small selection of games.
Other: Patio has table 4 chairs and umbrella.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provided and are changed at the weekly clean. Beach towels are not provided.
The apartment is on the ground floor and would be suitable for people with mobility problems.
The apartment has its own private garden, table chairs and umbrella. The 2 swimming pools are shared with the rest of the complex. There is a car park to the front of the complex.
There is a sandy beach 3 - 5 mins walk away with all the shops, cafes and bars across the road
long term lets eg a month would qualify for a reduced rate.
Additional Information :
The rental is £250.00 per week for 2 persons increasing to £300.00 for 4 persons. We require a £100 (per week) deposit at the time of booking and the remainder to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to departure.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
