Pretty and calm house (250 m²), lined with natural stones. Four bedrooms are distributed on the two floors.The ground floor comprises 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen equipped with: microwave oven, washing machine, oven, counter top and dishwasher, ample dining room with chimney, television, video, and play station. You can enter the terrace directly from the leaving room, which is provided with tables and chairs and with magnificent views of the Sant Salvador sanctuary, the Santuerio Castle and the bordering woods. On the upper floor, from where you have access to an interior staircase, there is a room with en suite bathroom which at the same time has access to a terrace with views of the sea and the mountain. All areas of the house are provided with heating. La Finca Marsella is close (10-15 minutes walking distance) from two of the most beautiful beaches in the south of Mallorca: Cala Sanau y Cala Mitjana with no manmade constructions.
Accommodation Summary : ENVIROMENT
The exterior has a parking area able to take between 5 / 6 cars.
Garden and lawns in the area of about 1000 square meters containing palms trees including two areas with fruit trees.
The prices include the costs of bed linen, towels, electricity, water, and heating from May 1st until October 30th. Please ask us about the prices for heating for the rest of the year.
Cleaning is done twice a week. Bed linen and towel change is done on a weekly basis. (You can also hire this service at an extra cost, ask us about the prices)
The property is to be occupied by 8 people only, extra people can be rejected, please ask us about the price for extra people.
You should make a deposit for 300 at the moment we provide you with the keys, in case damages should occur. The deposit will be returned once you leave the property and return the keys.
It is mandatory to return the apartment minimally cleaned at the end of your stay, Otherwise, we will deduct the cleaning costs from your deposit.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
