Despite this privacy you are only a five minute walk from shops bars and restaurants and only a 10, minute walk from the town centre. The villa offers a superb standard of accommodation, fully air conditioned, with one large master bedroom and ensuite, a second double bedroom and a third twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen with modern appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. A large terraced area around the perimeter of the house and a large poolside dining area with kitchenette, additional cooking facilities, fridge-freezer and ice maker. A shower is situated close to the pool. There is a TV with Sky, a DVD and music system. For the winter months the villa has oil central heating.

The garden is large and provides space for both suunbathing and shade. Please note, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer and these are located in the garage to the side of the house.
Several championship golf courses in the area. The Marquesa golf course is a 5 minute drive away. Guardamar beach is less than a 10 minute drive away. There is a water park in Quesada (only open in summer season) and a bigger water park in Torrevieja. For older children and adults there is a go-cart track 15 minutes away. Alicante port is 40 minutes away. Torrevieja is 10km from the villa and offers a wide range of activities. It has a traditional Spanish promenade, many restaurants, daily market, shops and clubs.
The centre of Quesada is a 10 minute walk from the villa. Lots of restaurants, many Spanish and plenty moer, e.g. English, Cjhinese etc. Dona Pepe comples with shops and restaurants is only a five minute walk away.
