Jardin del Mar is in a complex of houses and 2 storey apartments, with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 min's drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches and about 30 miles from either Alicante or Murcia Airport.
Its southern aspect makes this a warm apartment for winter rentals as well as a total sun-trap for all you sun seekers out there!
There are bars, restaurants, two supermarkets, The Habaneras Shopping Centre, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and Sports Complex all within walking distance.
The balcony overlooks a garden area and the park which is not only perfect for children but also has two boule courts.
The large roof top solarium is for the use of this apartment only and has 4 sun loungers plus a nice teak dinning table and chairs.
Accommodation Summary : Two bedrooms one with double bed and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardropes and A/C units. The newly modernized bathroom has a bath with shower. We have recently added a hot air fan for the use of winter rentals.

The lounge has a dining area with a large round table and four chairs. For those choosing to dine al fresco the balcony has a wooden table and four chairs with cushions. There is a retractable sun awning for shade on the balcony.
The solarium has a teak table with four chairs and a sun umbrella.There is also a wooden pergola There are four sun loungers with cushions for the solarium. There are three plastic folding chairs for taking to the beach along with a couple of beach mats and ice box. The solarium has a BBQ but the cleaning of this is not included in the general cleaning and we ask guests to clean up after themselves and leave the BBQ in good order for the next guests.
The apartment has a DVD player along with a selection of DVDs. There is also a CD player and a large selection of CDs. There is a PS2 player and a few Ps2 games. We provide a large selection of books in the apartment plus playing cards etc.
Local Attractions Here are some places you may like to visit
Within walking distance from the apartment there is the Ozone Leisure Complex. It is a complex for both children and adults with restaurants and bars. It has an IMF Cinema (mainly Spanish), KFC, Bowling Alley & Amusement Arcade. During the summer months there are also trampolines and bouncy castles for the children and sometimes an open air puppet show. If you want to make your millions there is also a Casino here!

Restaurants and Nightlife There are numerous places to eat or drink in and around Torrevieja and something to suit every taste. These range from traditional Spanish cuisine to a good representation of international cuisines; Chinese, Indian, French, German, Korean, Scandinavian, Serbian, Croatian, Mexican, Italian, Russian, etc.
In Torrevieja, the streets around the Marina offer a wide variety of cuisines in a relaxed environment. You will find the prices to be extremely good value. Spain's golden potato omelette (Tortilla Espanola) makes an excellent budget meal. From the dedicated restaurants to the plentiful Tapas bars you will never be short of somewhere to take a short break.
Night Life
Calle Apolo (and its connecting streets) in the town centre has a concentration of trendy bars and clubs. Go along the sea front directly into town and as you turn left at the end by the harbour you will probably run into all the tables and chairs in the road outside the bars.
