This luxury apartment is perfect for a truly relaxing getaway. It has a large private swimming pool for the sole use of the apartment & is in a great location only minutes from restaurants, shops and bars, so a car isn't necessary unless you wish to go off exploring the island. There are wonderful sandy beaches within easy walking distance and the local harbour provides great water sports including jetski hire, snorkeling and scuba diving.
The centre of Caleta is a 10 minutes walk & has a huge choice of restaurants, bars & more shops. The Championship Golf Course is also only a 5 minutes drive away. There is also a large Commercial Centre with lots of chops and a large supermarket within a 5 minute drive around 3 euros in a Taxi. The spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, comfortable lounge and kitchen.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
