Two floors of the house. The house was restored preserving its charm. We kept the house wooden ceilings, and added new features that make it more warm and comfortable. All these changes create an atmosphere of luxury for the home. Downstairs we have a wide room. The kitchen is near the living room with fireplace, creating warmth during the cold season. On this floor, is the master bedroom with bathroom inside. This bathroom has a Jacuzzi. There is another bathroom and games room with billiards and darts. We have a small library of books in Spanish and English. About the games room is a small area for barbecue. On the first floor, we have a small reading room for rest, and two double bedrooms. This part of the house is like an attic with sloping roofs.

In the house may find informaion about restaurants where you can enjoy the wonderful sausages in the area. You can benefit from a dinner in a palace, to the great tapas bars and spikes in the area.
Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
