The location is perfect! Only 200m from the beach. In the immediate environment there´s several restaurants and 2 supermarkets. Also the lively center of Cala d´Or with many shops, bars and restaurants is only 15 minutes walking.
Accommodation Summary : The villa has a spacious and modern furnished living room with flatscreen TV, SAT, DVD, a comfortable dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with large built in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms (1 double bed and 4 single beds). In the living room there´s 2 more sleeping sofas, so 1 villa can accommodate up to 8 persons. The house has air conditioning and central heating. From the living room and the kitchen, large glass sliding doors lead to the spacious terrace with sun loungers. There is also the pool for a refreshing dive during a beautiful summer day. If booked together, both properties have a maximum sleeping capacity of 16 persons.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
