Our two apartments are situated on a complex called Paloma Beach, three minutes to the sea, fifteen minutes stroll from Los Cristianos
and about twenty minutes by taxi from the airport.
Accommodation Summary : Both one-bedroom apartments have two single beds, bathroom and a spacious lounge furnished to a high standard. Patio doors lead onto a private balcony, which
has a table and chairs for those wishing to eat outside. T2-128, overlooking the pool, gardens and out to sea. T1-158 overlooks
the gardens then out to sea.
The fully fitted kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and iron etc.etc.
Satellite TV is installed with various news, sports and movie channels etc.
Bed linen is changed weekly with an additional mid week change of towels.
There is an English owned bar on the complex adding to the friendly atmosphere, which abounds.
All the apartments are accessible from both a nearby lift and stairs and are privately owned, the majority by British owners, so language is never a problem.

My husband and i stayed at these apartments the first week of oct 09 the weather was fantastic, location brill, just go to the end of the path & pubs and places to eat right on hand so no need to get taxi's hme, we fell in a few times at 4 am. Apartment is excellent and very secure and the view of the pool and sea from this apartment is a must it also has a great big balcony. The complex also has security on of a night time and everyone seems to kow each other. We will be returning to these apts some time in the future, well done Keith and Chris

We had a wonderful,relaxing time at your appartment which was very spacious,clean and well equiped.We loved the view from the balcony overlooking the pool and as you left the appartment the mountains and peak of Mount Teidi was just amazing.
The pool was spotless and warm,we swam every day.We liked the fact that Paloma Apprts were at the quieter end of the town but within reach of well stocked supermarket and resturants.It was easy to walk along the front,we felt very safe and the beaches were all well kept.We met up with friends staying at a near by hotel who also liked the appartments.The new Irish bar was very friendly and good for the Men who do like their football while we went for a trip into the mountains on this very pretty Island.The appartment also had a well stocked bookcase adding to the enjoyment of reading a good book.
We had a really lovely ,time and hope to come back.

This is our second holiday with this particular owner but this time we stayed in a different apartment. We were equally overwhelmed with the outstanding attention to detail and with how the apartment was equipped having recently had new kitchens installed. It was gorgeous and felt like home from home. New television also in the living room and the view from the balcony is second to none ! Again, the facilities and local bars and restaurants were fabulous. Can't wait to book again. My son found the internet connection particularly useful !!!

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you.
