A large swimming pool with patio area has sun loungers, table & chairs as well as a stone built bbq which is perfect for dining al fresco whilst enjoying a glass of vino. The nearest town,Adra, a small fishing town is only a 5 minute drive. It is a traditional Spanish town with a number of quaint restaurants and bars where you can sample some of the best Tapas in Andalucia. It has been awarded Blue Flags on 3 of it's beaches (of which has lifeguards during the summer months). There are also numerous Banks, Chemists, Supermarkets, Shops and children's parks.

Places of interest The Alhambra Palace in Granada is a must for stunning Moorish architecture only an hour drive. The caves at Nerja are a sight you wont forget. San Jose is a beautiful protected area where cars are forbidden, here you will find some amazing beaches which are great for snorkeling.
Dining out Adra has a number of very good restaurants serving locally caught fish, and some of the best Tapas. Almerimar, Roquetas De Mar, Aguadulce all have ample restaurants and bars.
Transport Car hire is the best option, to give guests the opportunity to explore the beautiful coastline of Almeria.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
