Accommodation Summary : This quiet, completely re-furbished and tastefully furnished, air conditioned apartment in Los Dolcis, Villamartin, Orihuela Costa, Costa Blanca has its private terrace/balcony overlooking the swimming pool. It also has a small garden - perfect for sunabathing before a dip in the shared pool! This is a secure gated complex.
There are two bedrooms which sleep four comfortably.
The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, a large fitted wardrobe and two bedside cabinets and has an en suite bathroom with bath and shower and a heated towel rail.
The twin bedroom has a large wardrobe and chest of drawers with bedside cabinet.
All linen and towels are provided.
The shower room consists of , WC, sink & shower.
The spacious lounge/living area is open plan with with a two seater and three seater sofa, coffee table, side unit, Flat screen TV & CD player. There is also a large dining table and 6 chairs.
The new kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons.
The Costa Blanca A beautiful climate throughout the year, the sun is at its hottest during the summer months, temperatures rarely falling below 30°C (86°F). Winters are typically very mild with averages hovering around 18°C (64°F). The World Health Organisation rates the area as one of the healthiest on the planet.
Places of interest to visit - Torrevieja, Murcia, Orihuela, Elche, La Manga. All beautful towns with an array of beautiful sites to visit.
The Area Los Dolses forms part of the Villamartin development, which is situated approx 12 km south of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. As well as the golf course, for which it is famed, facilities at Villamartin include tennis, swimming, green bowls, and horse riding.
The Los Dolses Plaza is a ten minute walk from the apartment and here you will find shops, banks, bars and restaurants to suit a variety of tastes. At twenty minutes, the Villamartin Plaza is a little further to walk, but it boasts an even greater range of amenities including a hair salon and medical centre. The Plaza has great restaurants, bars, bowling alley, night club, amusements, and supermarkets. There is also a bank, pharmacy and doctors surgery. Ideal for families and golfing parties. Also 2 other centres with lots of shops, 2 large supermarkets & restaurants, bars 10 min walk up the road. A cinema is also currently being built and will be available very soon.
The Beaches There are seven blue flag beaches in the area with fine sand and safe bathing. The nearest, La Zenia, is five minutes by car. There is a restaurant behind the beach and a couple of beach bars where from 6 till 7 in the evening you can sample the cocktails for half price.
Within five minutes drive are three other fine golf courses, and less than 30 minutes away is the famous La Manga resort. These courses are kept in immaculate condition and will test even the best golfer.
2 Water Parks nearby are Aqua-Polis, Torrevieja & Aqua-Park, Rojales. On Friday nights they have a market and fun fair in Torrevieja, well worth a visit. Local Markets in Playa Flamenca, Guardamar and San Pedro are well worth a visit.
Local beaches: La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamar, Mils Palmeras, Cala Capitan and Mar Menore - all beautiful and very clean. (European Blue Flag awards)

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
