Superbly positioned, right on the beach, this frontline, second floor, air-conditioned apartment directly overlooking the beach is available for rentals. It has a fully equipped lounge with English TV and DVD Player, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a small safe and one bathroom. It has a bed settee, so can sleep 6. It is south facing, enjoying all day sun on the balcony.
The apartment building has residents-only, seasonal pools and a large sunbathing area, situated in the private inner courtyard. The complex is made up of two blocks; our apartment is in the front block. There are 2 lifts in each block and ramps throughout the communal areas making this a wheelchair friendly complex.
Playa De Los Locos, on the Costa Blanca, is a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach which gently slopes into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. This beach, with a children’s play area is directly in front of the apartment

In the area There are beach bars and restaurants along the front and a butcher’s, fishmonger’s, bakery and small supermarket just around the corner, providing mouth-wateringly fresh bread, pastries, fish and meat produce. There is also a local Internet Cafe if you want to keep up to date on your emails.
Just a 5-minute walk away is the totally pedestrianised promenade/beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura, where you can happily watch your children on the beach while enjoying a nice relaxing meal! The numerous restaurants cater for all tastes.
You are also within 20-30 minutes walking distance of the lively town centre of Torrevieja where you will find street markets, a marina and harbour, resident fun fair, buzzing nightlife and an extensive new promenade.
Things to do There are many family attractions in Torrevieja and the surrounding area. The theme park of Terra Mitica is only an hours drive away and there are numerous coach trips running there daily. There are many activities including water sports, horse riding, go-karting and scuba diving to name but a few. For the golf lovers amongst you there are three 18-hole championship courses within easy driving distance. On Fridays, Torrevieja hosts market day with approx. 1200 stalls set up near the town centre, selling clothes, shoes, jewellery, leather goods, food, etc.
There is a bus stop to the right of the front of the building and the local bus service runs into town every 15 minutes.
