There are plenty of local amenities all within walking distance including Las Habaneras Shopping Centre, a cinema, indoor 10-pin bowling, banks and a water park (open in summer only). A short 10 minute drive takes you to stunning beaches and a number of golf courses.

Charges are per night (minimum charge of 3 nights) and can start and finish on any day. A deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival, along with a £100 security deposit which will be returned within 2 weeks of vacating the property. Prices are inclusive of cleaning charges for bookings of 7 nights or more, otherwise a charge of 50 euros is payable locally. Payment by PayPal accepted.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
