The roof of the property is one large sunny solarium and is an ideal place to sunbath or have a few quiet drinks/BBQ in the evenings. The private pool complex is only a 2 min walk. Underground parking is also provided. Access to the main coastal road network for visits to Cadiz, Jerez and Seville is only 2km from the house.
