Prices is for up to 5 persons. 3 more additional persons can be added for £70 per person per week.
- Check in from 3pm and check out by 12pm - guests must adhere to these times to ensure the apartment is cleaned and ready as per the cleaning schedule.
- If you require the apartment later than 12pm on the final day of your intended stay, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

Terms and conditions Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
Refundable breakages/Damage deposit of £150 (required no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival) in case of loss, damage that occur (this must be reported to our agent) or excessive usage of utilities. This deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Booking deposit of 25% of rental fee is required to secure booking (non-refundable) the remaining 75% rental rate required no later than 8 weeks prior to date of arrival.
If the final balance is not received by this date then the booking will be treated as a cancellation and the booking deposit will not be refunded.
For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date 100% rental rate & Breakages/Damage Deposit is payable to secure booking.
Cancellations Cancellations must be confirmed in writing at least 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival to be eligible for a full refund of the rental rate paid + Breakages/Damage Deposit paid. 30% refunds will be made to those cancelling within 2 - 6 weeks prior to arrival date and 10% for cancelling within 2 weeks prior to arrival.
If you cancel for a reason covered by your insurance policy, you should be able to recover the cancellation charges. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date.

We had the most wonderful time at Esplanada thanks. The apartment was fantastic and the resort was perfect. Really quiet and relaxing...just what we needed! :-)
We all went a day trip to Luxor where we visited the Karnak Temple, the Valley of the Kings before finishing off with a horse drawn carriage ride around Luxor. It was the best birthday ever!
Thanks again for all your help and for letting us stay at the most wonderful venue for our holiday. We will never forget this holiday that's for sure!
Best wishes and maybe speak to you again in October 2009 to arrange another stay!

We are back from Hurghada, Egypt and it was breathtaking wonderful!!!!!
Living at the Esplanada Residence is an experience, and I can strongly recommend it to other families who are looking for a safe and secure place to stay in Hurghada. The beach was beautiful, the people working there was very nice, and the whole area was just perfect for us.
We went snorkeling at Giftun Island ...... A great trip, the kids loved it!! But the safari trip on ATV's in the desert - wow!!! It was amazing!! We will never forget this day... The beduin camp, the snakes, the camelriding, the sunset..... It was wonderful!! The guys working in the office of the Safari Club was very very nice and funny, and they gave us many good laughs! Please say this to the "big boss" in the office: "Hei gutt!"...He will understand it!!!
Our holiday in Hurghada turned out to be just perfect for us, and I'm so glad to tell you this! Thank you very much for letting us rent your apartment!

Thank you for renting to us your beautiful apartment, the family and I had a wonderful time, the view was absoulutely amazing and the apartment was first class. Was spoilt for choice for things to do. Plenty of choice of shops for either gifts, excursions or shopping and was very please to have such a beautiful beach and pool within a minute walk from the apartment. We have never met such friendly people as we did in hurghada especially with the staff who worked at the apartments, the security was very good and knew all our names by the end of the holiday. We found that there was plenty of restaurants to choose from and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Could not recommend this holiday high enough for anybody who would choose to go and was quite upset at the end of the holiday to have to leave such a beautiful place with such lovely people. Once again thank you very much!

We had an excellent holiday in Hurgada, the apartment was in a perfect position for the beach and the swimming pool it felt like we had a private swimming pool as often we were the only ones there! The apartment had all the facilities we required the beds were very comfortable and the location was excellent for some of the local restaurants of which there were a variety. We enjoyed the Aqua Parks, Sinbad Aqua park was good for children and within walking distance, The jungle aqua park was a 20 min taxi ride but was certainly more for the thrill seekers. Booking was made easy by Ayman and Id recommend staying here.
However beware of the taxi drivers make sure you have the right change and always get a price before getting into the cab.
