Our spacious apartment is on a tranquil complex which boasts not only a lovely swimming pool but also a hot tub, gym, sauna, squash court and bowls green.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroomed, air-conditioned apartment is located in Peyia village which is only 5 minutes drive from the splendid sandy beaches at Coral Bay.
Bath towels and spare bed linen are provided. Just bring beach towels.
Electronic safe for keeping personal items secure.

You can relax and dine on the shaded balcony with a view of the valley where the goats pass by with their bells tinkling,this fully air conditioned apartment is positioned on the edge of the complex (only 60 apartments), away from the large attractive communal pool measuring 18m long with showers/toilet facilities. The apartment is ideal for those who wish to take it easy and enjoy a relaxing break.
The centre of village is walkable.
Car hire recommended or use of local taxi.

The apartment has its own parking space. Lovely spacious balcony with patio furniture. Sunbeds and parasol provided near the pool.
The Large communal pool is 30 metres from the apartment with changing facilities and showers.
The site has a hot tub, gym, sauna, squash courts and a bowls green. It is in a tranquil setting away from main roads.

Coral Bay has 2 lovely sandy beaches, one with watersports and one suitable for small children. There are bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Parking is available free of charge by the beachfront and there is a very cheap regular bus service to and from Paphos.
Peyia itself is a traditional village with all necessary facilities, bakeries, supermarkets, traditional tavernas and bars and restaurants, several banks with ATMs, DVD hire shop, butchers .
There is a bar which has internet access.
Take a trip to the donkey sanctuary and the local winery.
There is a golf driving range within 10 minutes drive and Secret Valley and Tsada golf courses are less than a 30 minute drive away.
It takes only 30 minutes to reach Latchi with its marina and scrumptious cheap locally caught seafood.
 
Paphos District/Upcoming events
Paphos will host the World Bowls Championships in October 2012. Our apartment is on a site with a bowls green which makes it really suitable for renting during this event if you are a competitor or a spectator with a interest in the sport. Paphos is a large port/town with a picturesque harbour and sea front promenade with cafes, bars and restaurants to suit every budget. There are lots of historic sites, among them The Tomb of the Kings. There is a water park in Paphos with free bus transfer.You can drive up into the mountains where traditional life can be seen.
 
How to Get Here
From Paphos airport, drive 30 minutes to Coral Bay, then up to Peyia.
EasyJet fly to Paphos from Gatwick and Manchester and from Bristol. Cyprus Airways flies from Birmingham.
We can arrange airport pickups and recommend car hire companies.There is a very cheap bus that runs from the airport to Coral bay.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
