Villa Jolec is a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom two bathroom villa furnished to a high standard with air conditioning to all bedrooms. We are only 20 minutes away from the picturesque old harbour town of Kyrenia. On arrival, you will find a welcome pack of fresh food and drinks awaiting you.
A comprehensive guide for use of the property and pool etc. are in the villa together with information on local beaches, restaurants and shopping etc. Our property manager will make a courtesy visit to the property on your first morning. There is a local unspoilt beach with man made path just five minutes walk from the villa and further beaches with restaurants and other facilities nearby.
The villa is normally let for complete weeks only but we will always try to be flexible, especially out of season, so if you require a shorter or longer holiday please ask.

Linen/maid service: Linen and towels provided for inside use only. Cleaning and linen changes provided by local management company. Pool fully maintained and cleaned twice a week.

Visit the large outdoor market that takes place every Wednesday. Many bargains to be had! Restaurants catering for all tastes are found locally and in and around the harbour area of Kyrenia. Climate: Northern Cyprus has the most pleasing climate in the whole of Europe. The winters are mild, and rarely extend beyond February, and with over 300 days of sunshine a year, the temperatures can reach into the 70s as early as March. In April and May, Northern Cyprus is at its most beautiful, with fields of wild flowers in full bloom, and the weather is not unlike that of a good English summer. June, July and August are the hottest months and ideal for sun worshippers. Not surprisingly, September and October are the most popular months, when the weather is still wonderfully warm (rarely below 80F), but the evenings are a little cooler but still warm enough for dining alfresco.
Booking notes Once a request is received, an acknowledgement will be sent via email and a booking form despatched. The booking form should be completed, signed and returned within five days together with a deposit payment of 25% of the total rental cost. Once received by us the booking is then confirmed.
The balance of the total rental payment (75%) is payable not less than 8 weeks (56 days) prior to departure. The total rental payment is required if the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure.
More The rear patio doors of the lounge lead directly on to a spacious pool side terrace. The private 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, with sun beds and parasols provided, is also equipped with poolside shower. The mature garden is fully enclosed affording total privacy while in the garden and around the pool. The landscaped garden is planted with a good selection of Mediterranean flowering shrubs, palms and citrus trees, with fruit available to eat in season. There is a hammock strung between two palms if it all gets a bit much! Further terracing at the side and front of the villa for dining 'alfresco' on the comfortable outside furniture.

Small local beach within 5 minutes walk of villa and safe sandy beaches a short drive away (three or four minutes) offering full leisure facilities.
