The Old Forge Pumphouse was built in 1939 pumping water down to a factory 5 miles away. It was completely renovated in 2007 in a modern, contempory style. The holiday accommodation is in an adjoining annexe to the owner's property. The Pumphouse is in a two acre plot with river frontage (Gwendraeth Fach). The annexe has outside seating area where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. There is a host of birdlife (kingfishers, dippers, buzzard to name but a few).
