This newly built villa is situated on the outskirts of the village of Villaverde with uninterrupted views to the nearby extinct volcano, Montana Escanfraga. Villaverde is situated in the northern part of the island mid way between the National Parks famous beach and dunes on the east and El Cotillo on the west, about a 15 minute drive to both.

The villa is set in a large 1100 sq. metre plot with private parking and has 2 double bedrooms (both en suite) and two further twin bedded rooms sharing a third shower room.

The villa has a spacious open plan lounge and dining room with a central fireplace separating the two areas. The lounge has double patio doors opening onto the large sunny south facing terrace. There are two large leather sofas and the lounge comes complete with satellite television with DVD and a CD/cassette/radio mini system. The dining room is equipped for 8.

Casa Thomas is a beautiful Villa situated within it’s own grounds and in an elevated and private position in Parque Holandes. From the front Patio the panoramic view of the sea is wonderful, in the rear of the Villa is the swimming pool situated in a very secluded large suntrap area where you will definitely need your sun cream.

If you get tired of the sun! Then there is a shaded area adjacent to the pool with a bar and seating, where you can enjoy a drink or two listening to your favourite CD, or just have a chat.
There are three double bedrooms in the main house and a further double in the annex next to the bar with a shower room and toilet.

A small garden has been created as a secure children’s play area, it is adjacent to the front patio, allowing the grownups to dine and yet still watch them enjoying themselves.
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room dining room, TV, Sky, and DVD.

Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom with the first floor master bedroom having two terraces, one NE facing the sunrise, the sea, Lobos Island and the beautiful cactus garden and large pool and BBQ and one SW secluded terrace for private sun tanning The U-shape design of the mini complex, makes the beautiful mature garden, a heaven for relaxation and sun tanning, its large (9m x 4m) pool and solarium with lounges and chairs and the big BBQ for al fresco dining will make difficult the decision of walking to the famous Corralejo sand dunes or the nearby shops, market and water park.

La Capellania is a newly completed complex, which has a cinema, supermarket, pubs and snack bar. The nearest beach is located in Corralejo about 3.5km away. Flag beach and sand dunes 5km. Beautiful beaches can also be found in El Cotillo approximately 15 mins away by car. A water park has recently opened in Corralejo including a golf driving range, 10 pin bowling and many other activities.

Villaverde is located approx 15 mins away and has beautiful caves. The nearest 18 hole golf course is located in Caleta de Fuste approx 40 mins drive away. However there is a 9 hole Golf Course which is located on the outskirts of Corralejo town, and approximately 10-minutes drive from our Villa. The Golf Course offers views of the sand dunes and sea. Car hire is not essential, but recommended if you wish to travel to some of the lovely resorts.
