Prices are in Euro per week. The possibility for reduced rates for periods longer than two weeks are negotiable for the months outside of the Summer months. A refundable damage security deposit of 300 Euro is required on arrival. It is preferred that this payment is made in cash, but if this is not possible, then MasterCard and Visa cards are acceptable. A deposit of 25% is required when the booking is made. The 75% balance will need to be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure. Renters should take out their own cancellation insurance. A tourist tax is also payable on arrival. This applies to all holidays in Croatia. Guests should vacate no later than 10 a.m. and arrive no earlier than 4 p.m. You will be greeted on arrival and shown around the villa and your registration arranged.
How to get there How to get there: 1.Airports: Pula 65 km, Rijeka-Krk 90 km, Trieste 90 km, Venice 190 km, Ljubljana. There are several routes: there is a Ryanair service direct to Pula which gives the shortest transfer of 40 minutes in Istria, Ryanair from Stansted to Trieste (2 hour transfer). Ryan Air flies to Pula from Stansted on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from £16.99 each way. There is a number of low cost companies flying to Pula (PUY) from all over Europe. 2. Rent a car when you know your flight details, we can help you organizing your rent-a car-service. 3. If you are travelling here by car - Motovun is very easy to find and once there you just can't miss the villa's location.
Additional Services Additional Services: One day return trip to Venice by boat from Porec - we can help you organize a trip - You can rent a mountain bike for around 14 Euro per day (including insurance) and take it on the wonderful 'Parenzana' trail. The trail used to be an old rail road and it goes across vineyards and forests with the tunnels and bridges still preserved. You can rent baby carriage Quinny (3 wheels, suspension, best for long walks in nature, trekking). Price 45 Euro per week. (Note in your e-mail if you are interested in any of these services). We can organise cook cook to come at the villa, make shopping for you, etc.

Istria is great place to enjoy the food, wine, history and finally to relax. Staying in Vrh it is just perfect for exploring Istria, because you are just in the middle of it. From the apartments everything is an easy day trip. This includes the Roman amphitheatre at Pula for live concerts, The Brioni Islands with Tito's private palace and a superb golf course, The Opatija Riviera, beloved of the Austro-Hungarian aristocracy. Wonderful walking and bicycling country around the Motovun. Artists colonies at Rovinj and Jazz festival at Groznjan, Porec for nightclubs, tennis, gokarting, sailing. Istrian SPA with outside and inside pools, sauna and massage is just 10 min away. Trieste is 1 hour away, and Venice you can visit as a day trip by boat.
