Lovely new apartment with stunning views overlooking the 5th tee on the famous Milennium Course. A huge 40ft balcony to BBQ and sunbathe and simply relax and watch the golfers drive down the fairway in this very quiet apartment. We are just a two minute drive into Vilamoura and the shops and the amazing Falesia Beach with miles of golden sands. We have an off road cycle lane all the way into Vilamoura through specially designed gardens and palm trees. If walking it would take about 30 minutes to restaurants, bars and shops. Its a great location and very easy to find and away from any hustle and bustle. Children can also enjoy a kiddies area and lots of garden to play. This is also a secure site well maintained and fresh water pools. There is a lot of things to do in and around Vilamoura. Just up the road there is the Vila Sol Water park for the more adventurous and 5 minutes away Quarteira and Loule, they are both amazing Market Town with markets every Wednesday and Saturday.

Book two weeks or more for extra special rates during the winter. We have great weather in October and November and in can be cooler in December and January, but not always.
Love the winter here, its generally, sunny all day and ideal for golfers, walkers and cyclists.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
