The apartment is situated just a few yards from one of the most beautiful places in Rome - the Trevi Fountain. As you go out for your morning coffee, or return in the evening, pause for a few moments in front of this wonderful celebration of Roman water! The Trevi fountain is in the historic centre of Rome, and all the main sights are within walking distance. The immediate area is full of small shops and lovely restaurants.
Accommodation Summary : The apartment is off a quiet side street, and it is accessed by a stairway - it is on the second floor up from the road. It is a small one-room apartment, delightfully decorated, and makes for a pleasant retreat after a hard day's enjoyment! The room contains a double sofa-bed, together with a table and chairs. There is a kitchen area with two cooking hobs and fridge for preparing simple meals. There is a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Heating is provided for the wintertime, and there is air-conditioning for the summer. The apartment has a TV and DVD player, a radio & CD player
The charge for 2 nights rental is £250, 3 nights is £290, 4 nights is £340, 5 nights is £365 and 6 or 7 nights is £390. This includes bed linen (sheets, pillow-cases) for the sofa-bed and towels for two people. We normally take bookings from Wednesday to Wednesday, but can be flexible. The apartment is available from 17.30 on the day of arrival and you are required to leave by 14.00 on your last day, but we can often be flexible depending on other bookings. We give a reduction for longer lets. £100 is payable as a non-refundable deposit when the booking is confirmed. The remainder is required 2 months before your holiday begins.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
