Access between the two is via the terraces or the roof solariums giving separated privacy when required. They are 100 metres from the sandy beach. Each has a roof solarium, accessed via an attractive marble staircase, with views of the mountains to the north, east and west and the sea to the south over which the Mediterranean sunrise over the sea can be watched. It is 7km from the historic town of Vera. The lively resort of Mojacar Playa is 4km beyond the nearby fishing village of Garrucha with its excellent restaurants. Four golf courses are within 20 minutes by car and the popular Vera Aqua Park is a kilometre away. The complex has a delightful communal swimming pool.
