A modern ground floor apartment on the luxurious Al Andalus development on the Costa Almeria. The complex has security controlled entrance and allocated covered parking. Built in the Valle Del Sol (Valley of the Sun) it is only a 2/3 min drive to a 7km stretch of Blue Flag beaches and is within a �10 min radius� of 4 fantastic golf courses.
The region of Almeria is one of the most charming and unspoilt areas in south-eastern Spain, enjoying the sunniest and warmest climate in the whole of Europe. It is known as �El Rincon del Embrujo� or �the Corner of Enchantment�. This is the real Spain!

The apartment is on the ground floor and has no steps so is suitable for those with limited mobility. There is a children's pool and play area making it suitable for families too.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
