Our Villa in Mirano,(a market town near Venice)is a beautiful spacious villa. Split into 2 apartments is set in it's own ground with a pool. Each apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests. We have recently refurbished both apartments with new bathrooms and bedrooms. Both apartments have 3 bedrooms, one en-suite,main bathroom, lounge and kitchen.Both are fitted with air conditioning and have use of the garden and swimming pool. The downstairs apartment is ideal for children and the disabled, with no steps and wide entrances. All within walking distance of Mirano's historical town centre, which offers excellent shops, bars, gelaterie and restaurants for local food and drink. A weekly market comes to Mirano on Mondays and is well worth a visit.
Accommodation Summary : One double bedroom with en-suite,twin room and a family room. Large bathroom with all modern facilities plus washing machine. Spacious,fully equipped kitchens.
For a shorter stay an arrangement could be possible by contacting the owner.
Linen £9.00 per person. Gas and Electricity are charged at local rates it normally does not amount to much. A refundable bond of £400.00 is also required.
Additional information Mirano is the closest italian country town to Venice favoured by Venetians for its vast quality market restaurants, parks and gelaterie at affordable prices.
The historical town is full of boutiques and shopping area in and around the main square.A shopping complex with supermarkets are also nearby.
Mirano has an agriculture show in September and Gioco de L`Oca (race of the geese)takes place in November.
Venice is only 35-55 minutes direct bus ride from Casa Lila, depending on the traffic and time of day. A new road link makes Venice reachable by car in 20 minutes.
Between 1 and 2 hours you can reach beaches and the Dolomite mountains. Lake Garda is fabulous along with Gardaland for kids of all ages. Padova,Vicenza and Verona are all within easy reach. All beatuiful places, which all have much to offer in the Veneto region.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
