A traditional French 2 storied cottage added to the 300-year old farmhouse we think in the 1930s, Grandmere's offers spacious holiday accommodation, with sitting room, kitchen/diner and bathroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms upstairs.
Well fitted out and newly decorated in 2010 Grandmere's is well placed to relax on the balcony, walk or cycle on the extensive local tracks, or drive further afield to attractions such as Futuroscope or Puy du Fou, or cities like La Rochelle, Niort or Nantes.
We try to make our guests feel this is their home during their stay. We therefore provide those useful things that are difficult in small quantities - salt, pepper, toilet rolls, cooking/olive oil, etc. We provide all domestic towels and linen and also beach/pool towels.
Accommodation Summary : Large french rustic gite ..with large rooms..separate large kitchen with dishwasher, large sitting room { with sofa bed } 2 bedrooms a double room and extra bed is available if needed and a twin bedroom which can have a cot if required... All new windows in 2010, together with a woodburner make this very cosy accommodation outside the main summer season... we look forward to welcoming you here!

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
