All the main rooms of the apartment are fully air-conditioned & furnished to a high standard with marble floors throughout. There is a complete fitted kitchen with hand finished cupboards & fully marbled modern bathroom. The bedroom furniture has all been personally designed & hand carved by local craftsmen. There is a communal rooftop terrace with sea views & private balcony with table and chairs, which leads out to the pool area & mature garden. Notes on Amenities :
There is a full maid service with cleaning every other day. Towels will also be changed twice a week and linen will be changed once a week with beds made on cleaning days. Personal washing can be done by the maid for an additional extra cost. Air-Conditioning is in all main rooms and should only be used when all doors and windows are closed. If A/C is left running while apartment is unoccupied then a surcharge for this will be applied.
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds Sterling.
Discounts are available for periods of over 2 weeks.
There will be a 10% laundry surcharge for maximum occupancy. ie use of guest bedroom.
Airport collection can be arranged for 800 rupees (non A/C car) or 1,000 rupess (A/C car).
Please take care to turn off A/C unit and bathroom water heater after use and when leaving the apartment.
If this is not adhered to then a surcharge of 300 rupees per day will be charged.
To secure a booking, payment can be made by bank transfer of 50% deposit and the final amount will be due one month prior to arrival. All bank charges must be paid by guests and not passed on to our bank.
After confirmation of payment, there will be an e-receipt offered, which must be presented to our Goan manager on arrival, together with passport copies of all guests. No refunds will be offered after confirmation of booking.

places to eat & drink There are many fine restaurants at the Ramada Hotel as well as excellent seafood & drinks available at the four local beach shacks. All these restaurants are walking distance from the apartment, including Jolinn, which will also deliver to the apartment.
local transport for short distances, a local bus service can be boarded at the beginning of Carvella Beach Road, either to Mobor (south) or Colva (north). Also, taxis & tuk-tuks can be hired economically from the town of Margao.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
