This recently refurbished apartment is only ten minutes on foot from Valencia�s historic centre.
There is a double bedroom with period furniture and another bedroom with two single beds, and a cot if needed. Both rooms are bright and airy.
Dining/living room with large L-shaped window and provence furniture. Modern well equipped kitchen and bathroom nicely tiled in blue with shower cubicle.
The apartment is in immaculate condition and only 100 metres from the shops and bars in our quiet area.
We live next door so we are on hand to help and to meet you on arrival with welcome dinner/lunch plus drinks and a fridge stocked with things for breakfast for the following days.
Maps and city/area guides are also provided.
Arrival time is no problem as we live in the same apartment block. Baby sitters can be provided free of charge.

Valencia never sleeps Valencia has undergone a renaissance in the last few years. Beautiful buildings, marvellous museums and a fantastic nightlife attest to a city that never sleeps.
The old centre is compact and safe to walk around. See the wonderful cathedral where the Holy Grail is to be found, wander round Europe’s biggest fruit and meat market or visit the ceramics museum, the most amazing building in the city. Have a drink and some tapas in Plaza Reina and watch the world go by or go into the CARMEN the nightlife centre only 10 minutes away. For culture vultures, you have a myriad of museums and exhibitions. For open air fiends, there are the river gardens and the wonderful El Saler beach and national park. Try the oceanographic, a state of the art aquarium with killer whales or the Prince Philip museum for science and hands on experiments. Valencia is family friendly and kids are welcome everywhere. With a car, you can take day trips up to the mountains or down to the Albufera Lake, ecosystem nearby.
Wining and Dining The area around the apartment has several good restaurants and bars and is well equipped with supermarkets and bakeries. Valencia boasts more than 2500 bars and eating places so the choice is enormous. Paella on the seafront or tapas in the old town, modern chill out bars blend with traditional Spanish Tasca or try the foreign food like Mexican, Indian, South American or even a Japanese. Wherever you go a bar or pub is nearby.
A must is to try the tapas around the central market.
Getting about The apartment is only 10 minutes on foot from the centre so no transport needed. Buy a BONO AB ticket which gives you 10 journeys on the metro and tram for only 6.90 Euros; this can be bought at the airport or any tobacconist. The nearest tram station is 200 metres from the apartment and goes straight to the beach and port. With one change, you are at the airport. Bus number 95 takes you to the science complex from just across the road from us. No transport necessary for getting to the centre. Take a tourist bus down to the Albufera fresh water lake separated by sand dunes from the sea. Price is 1.70. Trains run up to Segorbe, a beautiful town in the hills or down to Gandia with its vast beaches.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
