The Turia River park, with parks and children's play areas, is just 10 minutes' walk as well. The local area (Russafa) has lots of shops, restaurants (particularly on Calle Cadiz), banks, etc. Russafa Market is open until about 2pm daily, selling fresh food. The street itself is quiet, so you can get a good night's sleep and you have your own private entrance and no stairs to manoeuvre.
Valencia is a great place to visit - it has lots of museums, monuments, the Art & Science Museum, Biopark (Zoo), American Cup Port area and of course several beaches. It is a great place to visit all year round.

Our Valencia holiday apartment provides a great base for you to explore the city or have a beach holiday (or both). It's suitable for children and older people as there are no stairs to maneuver. It's available to rent to those looking for a great holiday that's hassle-free. We try to provide things that will save you luggage space.

There is a DVD library, some books/magazines, Spanish dictionaries, Valencia guide and a personally-compiled guide to the area, with maps, etc. The large TV has CNN in English, plus local channels. There is an iPod docking station and UK adaptors. All linen/towels, plus beach towels, are supplied, and you'll find a hairdryer, straighteners, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. You'll also find tea, coffee & milk.

We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
