3 Bedroom villa sleeps 7, shared pool. Ocean minutes away. All level ground.
This villa is ideally situated, just 3 minute stroll to the beach, all on flat ground, no hills to climb. The fact that the surrounding area is all on level ground, means there is no need to hire a car. It is just 150 meters to the main road and as Kadikalesi is situated right in the middle between Turgutreis town centre and Gumusluk Fishing Village it will only take you a 10 min dolmus/ bus drive to get to either place. Gumusluk is well worth a visit. There are a variety of restaurants and craft shops around this lovely harbour. On the left hand side of the harbour, at the very end towards the beach, you can wade out across the sea ( there is a causeway, so the water should only come up to your knees) to Rabbit Island, where almost tame rabbits run around. The locals feed them but if you think of it on the day, you could bring a little fruit with you. The view from the top of the Island is well worth the trip. Sunken ruins are being excavated near the island at the moment.

A new promenade is being built to join Turgutreis beach front right up to the beach at Kadikalesi. It should be completed by this summer. Along the way you pass a variety of restaurants and bars belonging to hotels.
You will have reached the centre point when you come to the harbour, where all the boats are waiting for you to book your day trips. If you carry on past the harbour, still staying to the sea front you will come to the new marina. It hosts boutique shopping and banking. Further along into the marina you will find a leisure complex with an outdoor pool, tennis courts, health suites, bar, restaurant etc. It is open to the public. Migros is the main supermarket, it is right across the road from the mosque. Once you have found them you can find your way around all the side streets for shopping.
Day trips to the historical site of Ephesus ,one of the greatest ruined cities in the western world and Pamukkale with it's hot springs, also known as (cotton castle) can be booked from a number of agents in the town.
From the marina you can take a ferry trip across to Kos Island, where there is duty free shopping.
If you are going into Bodrum one of the main features is St. Peters Castle, down by the harbour front.

We had a superb holiday in this villa. We never usually go back to the same place but said we would to this one! It was peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of room in the villa for 6 of us. The villa was very clean and it was reassuring to know that any problems then the caretakers were seconds away to help out.
I did not cook once although there was everything you would have needed if you had wanted to. We were spoilt for choice with all the restaurants in Turgutreis especially along the beach! We had a few excursions, favourite being Jeep Safari for the kids. The Turkish people also made it a holiday to remember, very nice people.

Ocean Jewel, well named.
We wanted a quiet relaxing break away from it all, and we chose well. The villa was lovely, comfortable bright and airy. Well equipped with lots of little extras. The sun terrace on the roof was great for sunbathing. The complex was small and intimate, which suited us fine. The short walk to the beach was a pleasure. Although this is a rural area the small local shops had everything we needed and the restaurants next door were great when you just wanted a snack. On the days we had the energy we walked along the coast line into Turgutreis town. Only took about 25 min. We were spoilt for choice with all the restaurants and bars. Booked our boat trip and excursion to Ephesus while we were there. The dolmus into town in the evening, only took 10 min. Everything was as described. Would definately recommend a visit. We have already booked again.

Verified Homeowner
Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
Please note, Lupain Holiday Rentals does not verify the advertisement content placed on this website by property owners, nor do we offer any guarantee as to the correctness of the advertising information placed on this website by third parties.
