Six bedroom house (sleeps up to 20 people) which offers luxury accommodation. The interior of the property is decorated in an ornate style and is comfortably furnished with antique furniture. There are two lounges with ample space for relaxation, a games room with large pool table and gymnasium. Outside there is a swimming pool (15x6m) and a dip pool surrounded by a large wooden decked area with sunbeds. For outside dining, there is a barbecue with an undercover eating area and many terraces. The house is situated 8km from Tossa de Mar and is within a few minutes driving distance of the beach. It is set in its own private landscaped gardens of 5000 m2, offering complete privacy.

Prices are for the property per week in euros. Minimum stay is for 1 week. Please consult for other times of year.
Changeover day is Saturday from June to September. In early or late season, please ask for other days - e.g. May or October. Arrival time: Not before 4pm. Departure time: Not later than 10am. Refundable security deposit of between 800 and 1500 payable depending on the number of people in the group.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 with double bed, en-suite and access to balcony. A child's bed can be provided in both of these bedrooms.

En-suite to bedroom 1 with jacuzzi bath with shower over.

Further shower rooms in the games room and gymnasium.
Kitchen:
Traditional kitchen with oak units and granite worktops. Fully equipped. Patio doors lead out onto a decked area.
Utility Room:
The utility room is equipped with an automatic washing machine.
Living Rooms:
Two lounges. One is approx 50m2 with sofas for 12 people, plasma TV, DVD and Freeview english TV. There is access by patio doors to a terrace and also to the BBQ and eating area.

Other:
Large games room with a pool table (2.8x1.6 m) with a seating area with the sofa converting into a comfortable double bed, and a shower room. Also, adjacent is a gym with a good range of equipment and shower room. Here, we can provide extra beds to accommodate extra people.Both rooms have access to large terraces
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Towels and linen for the bathrooms and beds are provided and are changed once a week. The house will be cleaned for the arrival of new clients and again at the end of the rental without any extra cost. If an interim clean is required, this will be extra.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated in the heart of the Costa Brava on the coastal road between Tossa de Mar and St Feliu de Guixols, arguably on the best stretch of coastline in Europe. The nearest beach is within a few minutes drive. There are 8 beautiful coves, within a driving distance of 5 minutes. This is excluding the main beaches in Tossa de Mar and St Feliu de Guixols, which are 8 minutes and 15 minutes drive away respectively. There is a restaurant and local shop close by.
Barcelona has any attractions and is approx. 1.5 hours drive or you take the local train from Blanes which follows the coast at a cost of about 10 return per person. Girona is worth a visit with its historic centre, cathedral and river. You can hop on a tour boat from one of beaches which goes to Palamos in the north and Blanes in the south. This is a good way to see the very pretty coastline and also to explore the towns along the coast. There is something for everyone in the Costa Brava.
