Excellent large one bedroom apartment in Torviscas Bajo, sleeps 4 comfortably and only 5 minutes away from local beaches, bars and restaurants. Superb location, but also quiet area on complex.
Accommodation Summary : This large one bedroom apartment is excellently located for beaches, amenities, excursions... everything you need from your holiday, but situated in a quiet area of the complex overlooking Fanabe, the sea and mountains. Property consists of large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes & dressing table & extra drawers, brand new open aspect American kitchen, lounge/diner with large corner sofa bed, and dining table and chairs. Bathroom has walk in shower & bath. Flat screen TV & DVD player. Outside terrace with table & chairs, and wall seating area. The complex has 7 cascading pools, a pool/snack bar and internet service (payable locally). The complex is on main bus route for all resorts, and free pick ups for Siam Park/AquaLand/Loro Parque/Eagle Park. The apartment comes with a free welcome pack containing your quick start essentials (water,wine,cava,toilet roll, tea,coffee,sugar,milk. High chair available.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
