Casa Paraiso (meaning paradise house) is situated on the quiet complex of Torrox Beach Club, which is set in lovely gardens and is only 150 m from El Penoncillo beach. Magnificently located with views to the Mediterranean. There are local beach bars and restaurants within walking distance and the lively resort of Torrox Costa with it's sandy beaches and promenade lined with restaurants, pavement cafe's and bars is just 5 mins away by car (or a pleasant walk along the beach). There is a good bus service to Torrox Costa and the picturesque town of Nerja, and further afield to the lovely cities of Malaga and Granada. Although we rent our property it is primarily our 'second' home, and as such is equipped and furnished for that purpose and not as a holiday rental business.
Accommodation Summary : Sleeps 4,2 bedroom family orientated apartment with sun terrace, courtyard garden and shared pool. 5 mins walk to local beaches with bars and restaurants. The picturesque town of Nerja is just 10 mins drive and the lively resort of Torrox Costa is just 5 mins drive away.
Kitchen renewed in 2007, bathroom renewed 2010. Air conditioning added to all rooms in 2010. For economy and environmental reasons the air conditioning is operated via a coin meter which is non profit making and charges only for the electricity used (approx 5 hours usage of all three units for €1).

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
