We (fam. of 4 with a child of 20 months and 8 years)stayed here in jul.08 and had a wonderful time. The house is nice, 3 bedrooms, livingroom, good bathroom and kitchen. The garden is small but large enough to eat outside and enjoy some sun. (with small children there is a step going down so that needs to be of consideration) The front garden is wonderful with a separate shower so when you come back from the beach this is lovely to use. The larger beach is excellent for (smaller) children and not so busy yet. Nice boulevard and yacht with good restaurants. The town has nice shops and the location is good for visiting Tarragona and Barcelona, we used the train! We especially enjoyed the hospitality. Nice people, towels and sheets were available and we were well taken care of. A place to certainly recommend! We enjoyed being on our own, yet with the use of beach and pool nearby, kind regards

We stayed for 8 nights with a 4yr-old and a 20mth-old. Ania was extremely welcoming and provided many additional extras (toys, food, wine) which made our stay easy and enjoyable. The house is on one level, great for the younger children and there is just enough outdoor space for them to play and us to bbq. In mid-August, although communal, there were rarely more than 2 other families using the pool, and it is totally secure. The house is on a very quiet street with a few cafes/restaurants not too far away. We had a car which made life easy. I do not think it is essential but the walk back from the beach is uphill and the bigger supermarkets are too far to walk, so it is worth considering. This also gave us the flexibility of visiting other nearby towns which are picturesque. The train is handy and does give easy access but beware of the pickpockets!!
Overall, this property would suit couples or families who want a lovely, well-equipped house for a quiet beach holiday, witj a very friendly and helpful owner and who appreciate Marilyn Monroe!!

We are a family of 5 (children aged 11,10 and 10) and stayed in August 2009. The accomodation is exactly as described in the listing and was very clean on arrival. There was also a generous welcome pack provided, so no need to worry about that first minute rush to the supermarket. Ania was very friendly and provided extra games etc for the children. The house is in a very quiet, residential area and we would recommend a car. We had stayed in the house last year, so knew the area quite well. We did not use the pool, preferring the beach. Although the small beach is nearer, we preferred the large beach, which is vast. The sand is swept every day and the sea is gentle (usually) and shallow. Although the walk to the beach is OK, walking back is very tiring in the heat, as it is almost all uphill. Again, we would recommend using a car. The property (including the beds) is very comfortable, with enough indoor and outdoor seating for 6. There is only one bathroom though, so queueing for the toilet can cause arguments. All in all, a good holiday destination for families and we will definitely consider returning in the future.

Verified Homeowner
Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
Please note, Lupain Holiday Rentals does not verify the advertisement content placed on this website by property owners, nor do we offer any guarantee as to the correctness of the advertising information placed on this website by third parties.
