L'Oustal du Viaur Large fermette perfect for group holidays

This converted fermette is perched high above the Viaur Valley and offers spectacular views across the surrounding area. Divided into three holiday cottages placed around a common courtyard, it is ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to holiday together but maintain privacy at the same time. With its own large swimming pool, two play areas and games room it lends it self perfectly to the shared holiday experience. Each property has its own facilities, but it is possible for the whole party to eat together outside on one of the patio areas or inside in the dining area of Bleuet the largest gite.

Additional Information : Sights of interest in Tarn and Aveyron
Being right on the border of both the Tarn and Aveyron means easy access to both departments. A typical rural area steeped in culture and customs there is always a market or festival going on somewhere nearby. We have many Bastide towns close to visit and they have evening 'market' nights where you can go and try local dishes in the open air and be entertained with local dance groups, bands etc. In the summer months most bastides have a medieval festival and you are thrown back into life in the middle ages. Also, an absolute must is a visit to the Millau Viaduct - combine it with a visit to Micropolis for the kids or Roquefort caves for the cheese fanatics and you have a great day out.
 
Bars/restaurants
We have a full choice range within a radius of 20 mins and are always happy to recommend and book for you. Local cuisine through to Michelin stars - we have the full range. For those who wish to enjoy local wines we offer a taxi service to and from a range of local eateries (small service charge to cover costs).
 
What to do with the children?
Whilst many are happy to stay on site and play in the pool all day - there are many possibilities to entertain all ages. A popular one for the older children is the superb water park - Cap Decouverte 15 mins away - be warned though if you go early in your stay the kids will want to drag you back again before going home. We can arrange canoe trips for you on local rivers - there are lakes to sail or fish in and dozens of farm visits and small zoos in the area. A good day out is the Space Park at Toulouse - fantastic for kids and adults aswell (can be combined with a day designer shopping for those not so keen on Science and space!!!)

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
