The cottage equipped for six (Polyphemus) measures about 75 square metres and consists in: 2 double bedrooms (Queen size bed) with their own bath with shower (2), a small mezzanine with two comfortable single beds over the living room ideal for children 5/15 , a sitting room including kitchen corner and a large furnished patio with canes canopy and creepers(9x9 mt.) and a garden (9x9 mt.). All rooms have been equipped with air conditioning units (hot and cold air). The price includes: air-conditioning/heating system, weekly and final cleaning of the cottage, full linen and towels set, shaded car parking, use of the pool area (April/October), standard electricity and water consumption, use of the farm bicycles, sat tv , use of the communal washing machine.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
