Here and in the next villages you can sample some wonderful food at numerous pubs. PLACES OF INTEREST Within a few miles of The Cottage are the wonderful picturesque COTSWOLD villages of Broadway, Chipping Campden, Bourton-on-the-Water,etc.where you can stroll through the little streets lined with boutique shops & traditional english tearooms. WARWICK CASTLE is a great place for all the family & well worth the visit. There are numerous Stately Homes in the area too. Ragley Hall- 20 miles away has lovely grounds & superb play area for children. Blenheim Palace is another great location only 30 mins. away.
In the summer there are beautiful LAVENDER fields at SNOWSHILL, just 15 miles away. And of course, don't forget SHAKESPEARE COUNTRY at Stratford-upon-Avon, with all the interesting houses & theatres there, plus the beautiful riverside walks.
EATING OUT In Armscote, THE FOX & GOOSE INN serves good food & drinks...just 70 yds. from The Cottage. About 1 mile away are several good village pubs & restaurants & in Shipston-on-Stour (4 miles away)there are several TAKE-AWAY places plus Indian & Bengal cuisine. Out & About The local bus service into Stratford commences 1 mile away from The Cottage. There are railway stations at Stratford & Moreton-in-The Marsh, plus a good local Taxi service.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
