The bungalow is 5 Minutes from the airport. There is 5 minute walk to the local supermarket, bus route,Dr's.office ,pharmacy and church. Emerald City Shopping Complex is 10 minutes drive away.

The bungalow is 5 minutes away from Crane & Foul Bay beaches and 15 minutes to Enterprise beach (popular beach known as Miami) and Oistins.

The bungalow is 15 minutes to St. Lawrence Gap (Barbados popular nightclubs scene)& Barbados Golf Course. Historical Sites e.g. Four Square Rum Factory, Sunbury Great house is located 5 minutes from the bungalow.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process.
