Entering the property, the guest will find a spacious outdoor chill-out area and a jacuzzi, the perfect place to have a glass of refreshing local wine while enjoying the sunset. Inside the villa, you will find the elegant living area richly decorated with designer furniture including two large comfortable sofas. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with shower and the full equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you can access a big terrace with a large table, chairs and a barbecue. The second floor features an impressive suite with king size bed and a single sofa bed and a spa including a jacuzzi for up to four guests and a massage shower. From the suite you can access a terrace with ocean views. In this floor there is another bedroom with two double sofa beds.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
