In front of the Gazebo is a grassed area with 8 double sized sun loungers with pillows and cushions, side tables for drinks and parasols for shade. With fabulous views over the pool, 6th fairway and the Mediterranean Sea.
To continue the outside living experience is a rear terrace with luxurious oversized sofas and coffee table. The terrace can be accessed from the garden or from the patio doors leading from the lounge. Ideal to sit and watch the sun dive into the Mediterranean while having a pre-dinner drink and equally beautiful to watch the golfers go by.
30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Final Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival along with £500GB refundable security deposit which is refunded once the property has been inspected after your departure & found to be without damage.
For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, we require the full amount when booking is made.
Check in times are 1500 hours and check out time is 1000 hours, unless prior arrangements have been made.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
